Dentons hired by Guangdong Provincial Government as legal counsel

On December 9, the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government (“Provincial Government”) issued a notice to appoint 6 experts and 6 law firms including Beijing Dentons Law Offices, LLP (Guangzhou) as the second batch of legal counselors in a period of 3 years.

The scope of the second batch of legal counsel services includes five aspects: government comprehensive affairs, administrative legal affairs, corporate legal affairs, foreign-related legal services, and investment legal affairs, to be provided according to work arrangement of the Provincial Government.
 
In order to offer legal counsel to the Provincial Government, Dentons Guangzhou Office mobilized and integrated all the resources of the firm, organized excellent lawyers in different sectors to form into a legal counsel service team to participate in the bidding, and finally won the bid through presenting a perfect service system and excellent performance records.
