Dentons won the bid for the whole-process legal service project for the commercial and office sectors of the Wenzhou Airport TOD

On October 12, Wenzhou Airport Group Co., Ltd. announced the successful bidding of Beijing Dentons Law Offices, LLP (Guangzhou) among other five law firms, for providing whole-process legal services of investment promotion in the commercial and office sectors of the Wenzhou Airport TOD.

With rich experience in the field of commercial real estate legal services, especially its successful cases in the field of large transportation hubs, including Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, Guangzhou Cadre International TOD Center, etc., Dentons is capable of providing professional legal services to owners from the perspective of full-life cycle of commercial real estate.

After the introduction of the international brand hotel for Wenzhou Airport TOD, the Project is Dentons’ another bid winning to provide the Group with legal services in the field of commercial real estate.
