Dentons assisted Haihong Capital in registration of QFLP private fund manager

Recently, Chen Chen and Chen Lili, the two lawyers and partners of Dentons Guangzhou Office and entrusted by Zhuhai Hengqin Haihong Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (“Haihong Capital”), assisted Haihong Capital in passing the review by China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association for registration of QFLP private fund manager.

 

Under the background of the rapid development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, China’s prospects of future development and current multi-level development of domestic capital market, Haihong Capital, a professional investment institution with industry experience and advantages was established by its shareholders with optimistic speculation of future opportunities of PE investment and strong potential of China’s technology development. The approval of the application for private fund manager registration provided the necessary prerequisites for Haihong Capital to raise at home and abroad and invest in domestic high-quality enterprises to facilitate the development of domestic high-performance enterprises.
