Bin Jiang is a senior partner at Dentons with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy law, private equity legal service, state-owned enterprise legal service and litigation.
With a practice that spans more than two decades, he has developed a strong reputation in the Guangdong Province and participated in more than one hundred litigation and arbitration cases in Guangzhou. He has deep litigation experience and broad social networks, and has also much success handling crises management issues on behalf of clients. Many of his successful cases have been selected as typical cases by Guangdong Higher People’s Court and Supreme People’s Court.
Currently, Bin is the legal consultant for many renowned private equity and venture capital investment companies involving energy, culture, internet, resource, medicine and other industry sectors. He has advised many large-scale enterprises and provided legal service in infrastructure, energy, power supply and international bank syndicate loan projects.
Bin also has extensive experience in providing legal services to state-owned enterprises, having worked as legal consultant for many well-known stated-owned enterprises in Guangzhou, including Guangzhou Shipyard International, Yuexiu Property, South China Market of Human Resources, Beijing South China Building. Currently, Bin is the legal consultant for Guangzhou Metro, Guangzhou Fund, Canton Venture Capital, and GAC Capital, among others.
