-China Industrial Bank Hong Kong Branch (CIBHK): Advising on a HKD 862.5 million cross-border financing project between CIBHK and a HK real estate company with various ways of mortgage and pledge, and participating in relevant business negotiations.

-Bank of East Asia: Advising on its providing cross-border financing to a real estate company in Shenyang for overseas equity acquisition and domestic real estate operation projects, designing financing schemes, reviewing documents and issuing legal opinions, with a financing amount of HKD 180 million.
-Guangdong Yue Cai Investment Holding Co., Ltd.: Advising on its acquisition of a commercial bank in Guangdong.

-Zhejiang Changxing Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd.: Advising in connection with its no more than USD 1.6 billion offering of overseas bonds in 2020.
-Guangzhou Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd.: Advising in connection with its USD 250 million offering of senior fixed-rate dollar debentures in 2018.

-Fifth Third Bank: Advising on overall compliance and regulation for developing business in China, including the issuance of loans, the purchase of government bonds and the development of financial derivatives business, etc.
-RBK Bank of Kazakhstan: Representing RBK Bank of Kazakhstan in the independent letter of guarantee fraud dispute with a state-owned enterprise’s Shandong subsidiary, involving an amount of USD 7.2 million, and finally won the lawsuit in the first and second instance.
-Guangzhou, Huizhou, Jieyang, Jiexi, Jiedong, Huilai, Puning, Huidong, Boluo, Longmen, Nanhai District in Foshan, Dabu County in Meizhou, Yangchun, Heshan, and Kaiping Rural Commercial Banks in Guangdong province: Advising in connection with the restructuring of fifteen rural commercial banks in Guangdong province and acting as theirs perennial legal counsel.
