Dentons helped launch PPP Project (Phase I) of Guangzhou Nansha Siyong West Sewage Treatment Plant

Recently, the inviting party of PPP Project (Phase I) of Guangzhou Nansha Siyong West Sewage Treatment Plant issued a notice to announce the bid winner -- the consortium formed by Guangdong Guangye Environmental Protection Industry Group Co., Ltd.

 

As entrusted by the Project implementation agency -- Guangzhou Nansha New District Industrial Park Development and Construction Administration, Dentons China assigned its partners Lu Qinghua, Liu Yayuan and Lu Guoxi to form a special team to provide whole-process legal services such as implementation plan optimization, cooperation framework construction, transaction document drafting and review, bidding candidate negotiation, legal compliance consultation, etc., and provide professional opinions and suggestions in the event of major disagreements arising from both parties to ensure the final successful signing of the Project.

 

After the Project construction is completed, the sewage treatment capacity of Nansha District of Guangzhou City will be strengthened, the operating pressure of the existing sewage treatment plant will be alleviated, the water environment quality of the river basin will be improved, the pollution entering the Jiaomen waterway will be reduced, and the ecological environment for human settlement will be improved.
