Dentons assisted China Construction Bank to issue overseas multi-lot and multi-currency ESG bonds

Dentons assisted the co-lead underwriter in completing the issuance of multi-lot bonds themed environment, society and governance (ESG) by China Construction Bank, with a total amount of up to approximately USD 2.4 billion. This landmark issuance set a number of firsts in the ESG financing market.
