Recently, CNNC Kaili Shenzhen Nuclear Power Service, for which Dentons acted as special legal advisor, completed the first directed issuance and subscription of shares, issued 12 million additional shares to a total of 34 subscribers, raising a total of RMB 60 million. This project involved the handling of numerous legal issues. Kaili Nuclear Power Service is a subsidiary of China National Nuclear Industry Corporation (CNNC) and a company listed on the NEEQ. This directed issuance involved the issues such as capital increase of state-owned enterprises, public solicitation of issuance objects by the equity exchange, capital increase under non-public agreement, and internal approval of state-owned capital.
